Our company works with colleagues from Uzbekistan, Kyrgyzstan, Kazakhstan, Vietnam, etc.

Each candidate is checked by us through a review, about their education, experience and competencies, marital status, mandatory video interview, analysis of behaviour, responsibility and discipline, their readiness to live and work in Bulgaria.

We act upon a specific request from the employer, with a detailed description of categories and professions of personnel, quantities, job characteristics, working conditions, remuneration and bonuses, accommodation, etc.

The employer can personally see candidates through an organized video conference. We organize interpretation. Candidates speak Russian. They adapt to work and life more easily because they understand Bulgarian better than other countries nationals.

We consult and assist in the preparation of documents and faster receipt of a work permit from Bulgarian institutions and visas at embassies.
